About The Position

Clean Nation Co. is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team. This position starts at 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to up to 25 hours per week for those who want additional hours. Most shifts begin after 4:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday cleaning based on client needs. We clean a variety of office buildings and industrial facilities throughout the Spokane area. Some shifts are completed independently, while others are performed alongside fellow team members. Requirements

One year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and comfortably stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout each shift.
Must successfully pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain office buildings and industrial facilities to our high standards.
Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
Empty trash, replace liners, and restock paper products and supplies.
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures.
Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment.
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Work independently or with a team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
