About The Position

Aviation Service Partners (ASP) is seeking an experienced Traveling Maintenance Work Card Auditor to support various aviation maintenance and MRO projects throughout the United States. This position requires the flexibility to travel to different project locations based on customer and operational needs. At ASP, we specialize in providing highly skilled Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Records, and Project Management teams to deliver end-to-end MRO services focused on quality, reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working at different MRO facilities and customer locations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, schedules, weekends, and overtime may be required depending on the project.
  • Candidates should be able to deploy to new assignments based on operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous aircraft maintenance records, work control, maintenance planning, quality, or work card auditing experience.
  • Experience reviewing aircraft maintenance work packages and task cards.
  • Strong understanding of aviation maintenance documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Experience in an MRO, airline maintenance, heavy maintenance, or similar aviation environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic aircraft maintenance and records systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with maintenance, quality, records, and customer representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, organize, and audit issued aircraft work packages and task cards.
  • Review completed maintenance documentation for accuracy, completeness, proper sign-offs, and compliance.
  • Ensure technical data being utilized is approved and at the correct amendment or revision level.
  • Audit maintenance paperwork and identify discrepancies, errors, missing information, or incomplete documentation.
  • Coordinate the correction of documentation discrepancies before final customer review and aircraft release.
  • Work with both electronic and hard-copy maintenance records, including data entry, auditing, updating, scanning, uploading, and archiving.
  • Maintain control and accountability of aircraft maintenance records throughout assigned projects.
  • Upload completed and audited work package documentation into applicable electronic maintenance record systems.
  • Audit and maintain electronic and hard-copy records for assigned aircraft.
  • Archive completed maintenance work packages in accordance with customer and project requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance teams are utilizing current customer policies, procedures, technical data, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer Maintenance Records, Quality, Production, and Work Control departments regarding documentation requirements and discrepancies.
  • Work directly with on-site customer representatives to ensure aircraft work packages are properly issued, distributed, completed, audited, and prepared for final review.
  • Track outstanding documentation discrepancies and assist in driving corrections to completion.
  • Support project leadership with work package status and documentation reporting.
  • Adapt to different customer procedures, electronic maintenance systems, and project requirements.
  • Travel to various customer and project locations as required.
