Maintenance Utility Worker - Hsk
About The Position
Under general supervision, the Maintenance Utility Worker performs skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain and care for the organization’s facilities and furnishings. The role does not supervise other team members. The worker must be at least 21 years old and able to follow direction, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive, professional manner in a high-pressure environment. The position requires multitasking, working well under stress, self-direction, and adaptability. Flexible availability is required during the day or evening, including weekends, holidays, and all blackout dates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a professional, high-pressure environment while maintaining good people skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under stress.
- Must be a self-starter and able to adjust to change.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during the day or evening, including weekends, holidays, and all blackout dates.
Responsibilities
- Repair, relocate, and clean gaming tables.
- Clean and polish windows, brass, and plexiglass.
- Extract upholstery on chairs and couches, and extract and spin-buff carpets.
- Clean television screens, cabinets, and mountings.
- Clean HVAC supply and return air vents, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.
- Pick up trash in customer and employee service areas, transport it to the disposal area, and ensure recyclables are recycled.
- Replenish bathroom supplies in closets and feminine hygiene dispensers.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, degrease, wax, and polish hard floors.
- Handle chemicals related to cleaning tasks.
- Operate and handle equipment related to cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
