About The Position
Under general supervision of the Utilities Manager, performs general and specific duties related to the installation, inspection, operation and repair of all utility systems and equipment.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Three (3) years in facilities maintenance working as a commercial HVAC systems technician; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
- Current Refrigerant License/Certification.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license.
- Acceptable MVR history to meet and maintain insurance requirements must be met in order to drive HHC vehicles.
- CPT training within 9 months of hire.
- Utilizes a variety of equipment to include multi-meters, power and hand tools, blueprints, equipment manuals and computers.
