We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Utilities/Janitorial Associates to join our Airport Operations team! The LAZ Utilities/Janitorial Associate plays a vital role in ensuring our airport facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and employees. This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning, upkeep, and utility duties throughout the airport’s parking and common areas.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass required background checks and airport security clearance processes
• Able to lift 60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintaining HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Electrical inspections and light replacement
• Checking generators and power systems
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Repairing walls, ceilings, fencing and floors
• Fixing doors, locks, and windows
• Painting and patching damaged areas
• Repairing walls, ceilings, and floors

• Maintaining parking lots and garages
• Pot holes
• Snow removal, salting, and outdoor lighting
• Storing signs and barrels
• Ordering janitorial supplies
