About The Position

Morgan Properties will train you to become a Maintenance Technician through the Fix It Forward Program. This is a full-time paid training program designed for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and enjoy hands-on work. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (Safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (More repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (Complex work, ready for a permanent role). As you progress, you will receive pay increases. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, you will transition into a permanent Maintenance Technician role.
