About The Position
Morgan Properties is offering a full-time, paid training program called the Fix It Forward Program to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians in Nashville. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. This program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The program lasts 3 to 6 months and includes on-the-job training, company-paid certifications, and opportunities for pay increases as skills progress through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Upon successful completion, trainees can advance to a permanent Maintenance Technician role.

Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
