About The Position
Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program to help individuals start a career in apartment maintenance. This program, known as the Fix It Forward Program, requires no prior experience. If you are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to get paid while you learn and develop into a skilled Maintenance Technician. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with pay raises at each level and a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable attendance.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors.
- Able to lift tools and materials.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Undertake more complex repairs with less supervision as skills grow.
- Handle complex work as you advance in training.
- Provide customer service.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
- Travel to nearby sister properties for training.
