About The Position

Morgan Properties is offering a full-time, paid training program to help individuals become Maintenance Technicians. No prior experience is required; dependability, a willingness to learn, and an interest in hands-on work are key. The program lasts 3 to 6 months and involves moving through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with increasing responsibilities and skill development. Upon completion, trainees are prepared for a permanent Maintenance Technician role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Undertake more complex repairs with less supervision as skills progress.
• Handle advanced work as training progresses towards the permanent role.
• Travel to nearby sister properties for training.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Lift tools and materials.
