Requirements

Strong interest in mechanical systems and willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance field.
Technical knowledge or technical skills acquired through education, certification, or prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in routine and preventive maintenance tasks across mechanical systems and equipment.
Learn to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of skilled maintenance professionals.
Support repairs by preparing tools, parts, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs accurately.
Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills related to mechanical maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Occasional travel to other company sites or training centers may be required, typically less than 25% of the time.
