About The Position

The Maintenance Temp will provide general oversight and responsibility for equipment and personnel within an assigned building, striving to promote efficiency in all aspects. This role involves tracking and evaluating uptime, labor hours, repairs, and PM completion against enterprise and national benchmarks, while adhering to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Provide general oversight and responsibility for equipment and personnel within assigned building.
Promote efficiency in all aspects of the building.
Track and evaluate uptime, labor hours, repairs, and PM completion against enterprise and national benchmarks.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Meet quality standards.
Meet or exceed plant up-time goal of 98%.
Maintain building call response time of 2 minutes or less.
Actively patrol assigned building to proactively address equipment issues.
Report all major issues to Chief Engineer and Production Manager.
Assist with resolution of major issues.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship between the building maintenance crew and the production team.
Ensure completion at 100%.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Work past the schedule as issues may arise.
