About The Position

Being a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch is more than just cleaning apartments. You will be the owner of your domain and the Lord of your CASTLE and keeping your residents happy will be your highest priority. Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal, as well as, the overall appearance and quality of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, making ready of units, maintenance for current residences, and maintaining grounds and recreational facilities.
