About The Position

We are working with an established Plastics Manufacturer based in Springdale, OH. They are recruiting for an Maintenance Technician to join their team on 1st or 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of $34 - $38 p/h along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental. This position is commutable from Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown, Oxford, Monroe, Trenton, West Chester, Cincinnati. All applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (covering both electrical and mechanical).
Background in manufacturing, ideally plastics, extrusion, or similar industry.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to also work confidently on mechanical systems.
Must have ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on the night shift.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
Proficient in Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
Proficient in 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
Proficient in Electrical Troubleshooting
Proficient in Maintenance and Repair Skills
