About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery. This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge. The technician must be able to read and interpret technical documentation, perform minor welding and fabrication, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Electrical knowledge and experience with 120VAC - 480VAC; single and three-phase power.
  • Experience with PLC systems.
  • Experience with industrial machine controls.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation.
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret mechanical drawings and machine prints.
  • Ability to perform minor welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work modified schedules as required to support production needs.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in tire, automotive, or manufacturing environment.
