About The Position
RV / Manufactured Home Community is seeking a Reliable Part -Time Maintenance Person for general park upkeep. Duties include: · General repairs and maintenance · Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up) · Light plumbing and electrical work · Preparing RV spaces for new tenants · Keeping common areas clean and safe
Requirements
- Basic maintenance experience preferred
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication & follow up skills
- Drug & background screening
