The Maintenance Technician will partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. This role involves performing scheduled maintenance tasks during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance, utilizing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production equipment. The technician will diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement effective repairs or part replacements, aiming to minimize equipment-related production downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance. Responsibilities also include responding promptly to production line calls, performing emergency repairs during operational hours, interpreting technical manuals and schematics, and assisting with general facility maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, and infrastructure repairs. The role requires adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, GMPs, and standard operating procedures, and the use of appropriate tools and equipment. A clean and organized work environment is expected, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
