About The Position

Window Nation is seeking outgoing and motivated Canvassers to assist with lead generation and local outreach in Canton, OH, and surrounding communities. The role involves engaging homeowners through door-to-door neighborhood outreach, discussing quality window products, and representing the company at local events. While no prior sales experience is required, paid training and coaching are provided to support success and career growth. The company focuses on transforming homes with windows and doors, emphasizing craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss quality window products.
• Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about window products.
• Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of the experienced team.
