Requirements

2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus).
A high school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed.
Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
Maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep.
Complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (respond within 30 minutes).
Follow all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.
Work closely with peers and residents, showing empathy and pride in every repair.
