Requirements
- Perform work under minimal supervision
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer to more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Working knowledge of mechanical / electrical maintenance
- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Technical expertise
Responsibilities
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
- Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
