About The Position

This position will troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair malfunctioning electrical and hydraulic equipment used in the manufacturing process to keep everything in a production status.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Technical school/Training or equivalent on the job certifications
• Mathematical and reasoning abilities

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2 year college a plus
• Plastic Injection Molding experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Complete assigned procedures on mold machines, robots, programmable logic controller, air compressors and other electrical and mechanical equipment in the facility.
• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods of repair, using a variety of testing instruments.
• Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand or power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
• Observe and practice all safety regulations.
