About The Position

Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Creekside at White Oak located in Newnan. Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience.
  • HVAC certified.
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, honest, and committed to high-quality work.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and online applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
  • HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
  • Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Completing all service requests as assigned.
  • Completion of all make-ready units.
  • Care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
  • Supplying all personal tools.
  • Cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
  • Assisting in preventive maintenance projects.
  • Escalating unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
  • Participating in "on call" rotation and responding to emergency calls as needed.
  • Positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Operating within company safety policies at all times.
  • Adhering to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
