Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Creekside at White Oak located in Newnan. Requirements

5+ years of maintenance experience.
HVAC certified.
Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Strong customer service skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
Reliable, honest, and committed to high-quality work.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Proficient in the use of computers and online applications.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

Completing all service requests as assigned.
Completion of all make-ready units.
Care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Supplying all personal tools.
Cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
Assisting in preventive maintenance projects.
Escalating unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
Participating in "on call" rotation and responding to emergency calls as needed.
Positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
Operating within company safety policies at all times.
Adhering to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
Other job duties as assigned.
