About The Position

Our compressed weekend shift gives you both. Weekend Maintenance Technicians: Work 24 scheduled hours Receive pay equivalent to 36 hours Remain eligible for full benefits. Training occurs Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts. Additional Friday or Monday off-shifts will be required based on operational needs. Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Technical training in mechanical or electrical systems (PLC knowledge preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specifications
• Strong problem-solving and basic computer/data entry skills
• Must supply and maintain personal hand tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work required weekend/OT schedule

Nice To Haves

• PLC knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• Install and adjust machinery, controls, power systems, and utilities
• Operate machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, welder, etc.)
• Create and document work orders; track parts and maintenance activity
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE standards
