As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll support plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment while helping lead the team when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience
  • Advanced mechanical repair and general welding
  • Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills
  • PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
  • Ability to work with low‑voltage DC and 120/240/480V AC systems
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a logical, solutions‑driven approach
  • Comfortable working closely with production teams
  • Willingness to step into a leadership role when needed

Nice To Haves

  • 2‑year degree in Industrial Technology or Advanced Manufacturing
  • Food manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Support shift maintenance operations
  • Lead and train maintenance team members
  • Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
  • Perform electrical, controls, and PLC work
  • Complete PMs and work orders
  • Fabricate, weld, and modify equipment
  • Maintain safety, quality, and food safety standards
