About The Position

The Maintenance Technician at The Falgrove completes preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, this role helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer service and ensures a hazard-free environment. The position is on-site and pays $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to take direction from a supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to change work plans.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Clean up after work is complete.
• Perform property repairs, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Clean apartments during the turnover process as directed.
• Complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
