About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems within. They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. Some duties might not be specifically addressed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the EPA Universal Certification
- A total of at least 2 years of experience by Vocational HVAC Schooling (please provide transcript or certificate of completion) AND/OR Verifiable apprenticeship training
- Tools to perform the duties under this job description.
