About The Position

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for the third shift operations. This role is responsible for responding to machine downtime notifications to support production operations, troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. The technician will also complete work orders as assigned and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently, make decisions, communicate and collaborate with others
• Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail
• Must have exceptional hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Must be able to lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level
• Must be able to lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to use hands to manipulate parts and tools
• Must be able to use vision to look for defects, read labels and work instructions

Nice To Haves

• Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems
• Prior experience with extrusion equipment
• Prior experience with vacuum form equipment
• Associates degree in Mechatronics, Automation & Robotics Systems, or Electrical Systems or similar professional certification from trade school

Responsibilities

• Respond to machine downtime notifications to support production operations.
• Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet
• Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors
• Debug and repair location sensors and light curtains
• Install and service electronic equipment
• Program Fanuc robots
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete work orders as assigned to support operations, engineering & facility needs.
• Other duties as assigned
