Essential Functions Your daily contributions are key to shaping an environment where love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control are discovered anew by both our team and the elders we serve.

Requirements

Good mechanical ability and a general knowledge of mechanics.
Possess basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC.
General knowledge of maintenance equipment and ability to operate properly.
Ability to work efficiently, with a minimum amount of super-vision.
Possess a keen awareness of safety precautions necessary while performing duties.
Able to work flexible hours upon request including serving on emergency “On-Call” as scheduled.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Required to maintain a good driving record.
