This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role involves completing assigned work orders for resident requests and preventative maintenance, preparing vacant apartment homes for leasing, managing maintenance inventory, completing documentation, assisting with grounds and common area maintenance, and supporting cost-cutting initiatives. Additionally, the position requires compliance with safety policies, potential inspection of contractor work, and assisting in property inspections to identify and address concerns.
