About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit apartment community in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is responsible for the property’s general appearance and maintenance to help create a positive living experience for residents. The position includes monitoring for repairs and replacements, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, and preparing vacant units for new residents. Occasional on-call duties may be required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
