About The Position

Enclave at Roswell is seeking an experienced maintenance technician with strong HVAC knowledge and hands-on multifamily maintenance experience. This role is responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting building systems, supporting apartment turns, performing preventative maintenance, and helping maintain the overall condition of the community. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems accurately, and completing repairs correctly the first time. Experience with older or established multifamily properties is strongly preferred, as this position requires someone who understands the maintenance challenges that can come with aging building systems and equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
  • EPA certification required
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance
  • Experience working with older, vintage, or established multifamily communities preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs with limited supervision
  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and changing priorities
  • Ability to participate in an emergency on-call rotation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Complete plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify the root cause of recurring maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, appliances, and other property components
  • Assist with apartment turns, including repairs, replacements, punch work, and final preparation for move-in
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in the on-call rotation
  • Inspect units, common areas, mechanical spaces, and building exteriors for maintenance concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and required follow-up
  • Communicate parts, vendor, or additional repair needs to the service manager
  • Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance areas, and inventory in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist with property inspections and corrective maintenance as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable building and maintenance standards
  • Provide professional and courteous service to residents, team members, and vendors
