About The Position

Tru Vue is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting our manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting problems, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. We provide training on our specialized equipment. Tru Vue manufactures high performance glazing products used in the framing, museum, photography, and optics industries. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Work with motors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and other mechanical equipment
• Assist with electrical and controls troubleshooting
• Use hand and power tools
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Document maintenance work and parts used
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
