About The Position

The Maintenance Tech. II is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment. Work is performed in accordance with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also includes providing security in the absence of a security officer and performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General maintenance background experience is required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of the facility and associated equipment.
Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility and associated equipment.
Follow applicable standards to help maintain a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages.
Provide security in the absence of a security officer.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
