About The Position

The company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a "fixer" or handyman for property management with a strong background in both electrical systems and plumbing repairs. This person must be highly skilled, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of multiple properties by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing fixtures, piping, and electrical systems, with additional knowledge of HVAC and carpentry highly preferred. Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for transportation to job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman's license in plumbing or electrical is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish language is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
• additional knowledge of HVAC and carpentry highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Inspect, install, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, breakers, and equipment in compliance with NEC requirements.
• Plumbing Maintenance: Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drain cleaning.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing leaks and electrical faults, providing effective and efficient solutions.
• Preventative Care: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems to prevent breakdowns.
