Perform a detailed daily walk-thru to inspect, correct or perform any daily repairs and/or maintenance needed. (e.g. touch up painting, light bulbs, mechanical equipment check, and inspection of any safety hazards) Assists in the development and execution of standard operating procedures for the maintenance department. Available to work on call, receive and perform after hours service calls when needed. Weekends are required for this position.
