About The Position
Ultrafab is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a stable, growing production environment where your skills make an immediate impact. This role is for a skilled maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running.
Requirements
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs effectively
Nice To Haves
- PLC troubleshooting
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Technical or trade school training in a related field
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
- Diagnose production equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Work with motors, controls, sensors, conveyors, and related equipment
- Read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts
