Requirements
- 1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Nice To Haves
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general repairs
- Groundskeeping or landscaping experience
Responsibilities
- Complete daily maintenance tasks, including general repairs and light groundskeeping
- Respond promptly to service requests in occupied apartments
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies/turns)
- Maintain buildings, amenities, and common areas
- Collaborate with leasing and maintenance team members
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents
