About The Position

Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets (apartment homes and/or office buildings) by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turns, vacant units, and move-outs.
• Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good “street appeal”.
• Completion of work orders.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of assets do not deteriorate.
• Perform daily trash pick up, including pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.
• Be on an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
