Maintenance Technician

At RISE Bartram Park, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, keeping residents happy, and making a community feel like home. One moment you're troubleshooting an HVAC issue, the next you're restoring a unit for a new resident move-in, and later you're helping maintain the curb appeal that makes our community stand out. Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
- Preparing apartments for new resident move-ins
- Assisting with community grounds and curb appeal
- Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Following company safety standards and maintenance protocols
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members
