About The Position
Industrial Maintenance Technician Green Bay, WI | Full-Time | Onsite Good at fixing what others can’t? We want to talk to you. BHS Corrugated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our onsite M2P team in Green Bay. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial corrugating equipment while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays when needed
- Willingness to learn new equipment and technology
Nice To Haves
- Corrugated experience is NOT required — we’ll teach you our equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Complete lubrication and scheduled maintenance
- Diagnose equipment problems and support continuous improvement
- Work closely with operators, customers and the onsite maintenance team
- Participate in an on-call rotation when needed
