About The Position

Hassle Free Home is a home services membership company that provides members with technician-led maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects. As a Maintenance Technician, you will visit members' homes to complete preventative maintenance and handyman tasks, working within a local market team. This role is for individuals who are handy, clear communicators, and organized, offering opportunities for quick advancement.

Requirements

Handyman or maintenance professional
Background in residential home building and/or maintenance
Knowledgeable about basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting
Problem solver who can work independently to troubleshoot household issues
A good communicator who can clearly relay both verbal and written information
Comfortable with technology and mobile apps

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes
Interact with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needs
Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-up
Grow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership roles
