Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in a facilities maintenance position, within a distribution environment.
- Prior knowledge of electrical systems, compressor systems, conveyor systems and components, packing systems, Shanklin wrappers, and dock equipment.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) of facility and equipment to identify potential problems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for compliance and operational improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- Oversee vendor relationships, work orders, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
