About The Position

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare units to market-ready condition in accordance with company standards. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician also completes assigned work orders and helps maintain buildings, common areas, property equipment, and preventative maintenance programs. Hours vary according to community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property-management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
