Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to maintain the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of supplies and parts.
Assist with setup and breakdown for events and special functions held at the hotel.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies at all times.
