About The Position

Join Our Team as a Service Technician at Citrus Commons! At IMT Residential, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join our team at Citrus Commons—a vibrant community featuring 249 apartment homes and over 27,000 square feet of retail space in Sherman Oaks, CA. In this role, you’ll do more than just maintenance—you’ll help create a community people are proud to call home. Requirements

Experience in residential property management, hospitality, or general maintenance
Strong hands-on skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfort using basic technology such as Outlook and property management software
Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
A valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

EPA Type II or Universal certification (a plus)
CPO certification (a plus)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues across apartment homes, common areas, and exterior spaces—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and pools
Use company-provided tools to complete your work efficiently and safely
Prepare apartment homes for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready and up to IMT’s high standards
Maintain the overall appearance of the community, helping create a welcoming and well-kept environment
Support special projects and additional tasks as needed alongside the Service Manager or Community Manager
