About The Position

Take ownership of repairs, solve everyday property issues, and help keep homes safe, functional, and rent-ready. If you are the kind of person who sees a maintenance problem and immediately starts figuring out the best way to fix it, this role is built for you. You are hands-on, practical, and comfortable working independently, but you also know when an issue requires additional support or a licensed trade. You take pride in doing repairs correctly, keeping your work area organized, and following through until the job is complete. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-minded, and resourceful - someone who can move between different types of property issues, make sound decisions in the field, and keep work orders moving toward resolution. As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide hands-on maintenance support across residential properties in New Hampshire, with most work located in Somersworth, Dover, and Rochester and occasional assignments in Allenstown. You will diagnose and complete common repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, appliances, and general building needs within your authorized scope. You will also support unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections. This role requires initiative, practical troubleshooting, and dependable follow-through from initial assessment through repair, testing, documentation, and closeout.
