About The Position

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems. Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, controls, and related components. Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain facility infrastructure, machinery, and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform trailer repairs including lighting, doors, hinges, roofs, and structural components. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Complete welding, cutting, fabrication, and general maintenance projects as needed. Respond to maintenance emergencies and equipment breakdowns. Maintain accurate work orders, repair documentation, and maintenance records. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and OSHA requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with facility projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, transportation, or facilities environment preferred.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Experience with 240V/480V electrical systems preferred.
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
