About The Position

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification to join our team at a multifamily community located in the Columbus, Ohio area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, responding to resident service requests, completing unit turns, and assisting with preventative and emergency maintenance. We are looking for a maintenance professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing residents with a safe, well-maintained community.

Requirements

• HVAC Certification
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs
• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely
• Perform make-ready repairs and prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and mechanical equipment
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional and customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents
