We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, building components, and production equipment as needed. The technician will also complete building and facility repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other structural elements. This position partners with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues, support production needs, and minimize downtime. Additionally, the role involves evaluating manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production output, and collaborating with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams to support projects and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Experience using common power tools, including drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production output.
  • Collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams to support projects and implement process improvements.

Benefits

  • Supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
  • $1.50 per hour shift differential.
