This entry-level role focuses on routine maintenance and vehicle inspections within a fast-paced shop environment. The company is looking for a reliable individual willing to learn and grow into a full technician role, with opportunities to learn from experienced technicians and gain experience with the Ford brand. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Some automotive experience is helpful, but not required
• Previous dealership or quick lube experience
• Automotive schooling or certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.)
• Inspect tires, belts, filters, and basic components
• Complete multi-point inspections accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate findings to service advisors clearly and honestly
