The position involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of apartment buildings and grounds.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities
